Exhibitor Options
Engage directly with attendees with a booth in our Exhibit Hall. All booth spaces include a draped exhibit booth, one 6’ un-skirted display table; two folding chairs; one wastebasket, and one 7”x44” identification sign.

Add Ons
Add-ons are available for additional purchase. Note that some add-ons are included with different sponsorship levels.
- Double Booth (+$850) – Increase your booth size by expanding to a double booth. This includes one 10×20 booth and 4 booth representatives. Double Booth is included with Gold and Platinum Sponsorships.
- 30-Minute Product Session ($250) – Product sessions occur during a time slot dedicated exclusively to vendor demos and presentations. Only available to Exhibitors and Silver Sponsors. Gold and Platinum Sponsors receive a product session as part of their package.
- Lead Scanner ($200 pre-order, $250 on-site) – Access to the lead scanning functionality in conference app. Only available to Exhibitors. All sponsors receive a lead scanner as part of their package.
- Social Sponsorship (+$2,000) – Sponsor drinks and food during the IETC social. Sponsors are invited to speak for up to three minutes during the event. We anticipate 200 participants, with a maximum of 3 social sponsors.

A 3-minute welcome speech to kick off the event - Women in Technology Panel and Breakfast (+$1,500) – Sponsor a special panel session and breakfast celebrating women leadership in the educational technology field. Attendees will receive breakfast and the opportunity to hear from a special panel of female leaders.
