Our Exhibit Hall is a destination location for our curious attendees, especially those eager to connect with industry experts and get hands-on with innovative edtech solutions.

Booth Specifications

All booth spaces include:

- - One (1) draped exhibit booth (8’ back drape, 3’ side drape)
  - Carpeting
  - One (1) 6’ x 2’ x 30” display table
  - Two (2) folding chairs
  - One(1) wastebasket (with liner)
  - One(1) 7”x44” identification sign

All exhibitors also receive complimentary listing in the event app, access to exhibitor-only wi-fi, and complimentary description in conference marketing material (if registration is received before deadline).

Additional features, including a lead scanner or 50-minute product session, are also available for an additional cost. Hardwired electricity and hardwired internet must be ordered through the event venue.

Assignments

Booth space will be assigned in the order in which paid applications are received. IETC will use its best efforts to locate booths away from like vendors. IETC reserves the right to change location assignments when such action is in the best interest of the conference.

Double Booth

Increase your booth size by expanding to a double booth. This includes one 10×20 booth and 4 booth representatives.

50-Minute Product Session

$300

Product sessions occur within the regular conference programming on Wednesday and Thursday.

Only available to Exhibitors and Silver Sponsors. Gold and Platinum Sponsors receive a product session as part of their package.

Lead Scanner

$250 pre-order, $300 on-site

Access to the lead scanning functionality in conference app.

Only available to Exhibitors. All Silver, Gold, and Platinum sponsors receive a lead scanner as part of their package.

Meeting Room Reservation

$150+

Reserve the Executive Board Room at the President Abraham Lincoln Doubletree Hotel for private meetings or presentations. The room accommodates approximately 10 people and is available for reservation in 50-minute increments. Food and beverage services can be arranged with the hotel directly.

Reservation starts at $150 for the first 50-minute reservation ($100 for any additional 50-minute time slots).

Networking Room Reservation

Reserve a meeting room at the President Abraham Lincoln Doubletree Hotel to host larger networking events, receptions, or private gatherings. These rooms provide a professional and engaging setting, accommodating 30-40 attendees. Food and beverage services can be arranged with the hotel directly.

Networking rooms are available for reservation in 50-minute increments.

Women in Technology Panel and Breakfast

$1,750 | Limit: 2

Sponsor a special panel session and breakfast celebrating women leadership in the educational technology field. Attendees will receive a plated breakfast and the opportunity to hear from a special panel of female leaders. Estimated number of attendees for this event is 150.

Lanyard Sponsor
