Supporting Students’ Social-Emotional Learning and Digital Well-Being

Tue. April 30, 2024 | 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm CDT

The ongoing youth mental health crisis is deeply connected with students’ technology experiences. At home, at school, and in their free time, kids and young adults are connected to devices and each other, for better and for worse.

As a result, educators have a crucial role to play in supporting student well-being, starting with an intentional focus on tech-connected social emotional learning

Join us as we explore several evidence-based lessons designed to help students build agency, reduce anxious thoughts, and increase mindfulness related to their tech habits.
