Be Connected: SecurED Schools Recap

Wed. January 24, 2024 | 1:00 pm - 1:45 pm CST

SecurED Schools 2024 has come and gone, and if you’re anything like us, you’re still buzzing from everything you learned over the course of this 2-day virtual summit.

Whether you made it to every session or weren’t able to attend, tune into this week’s Be Connected to hear about our biggest takeaways from SecurED Schools 2024. We’ll also highlight a few data privacy resources shared by this year’s presenters and discuss if what we learned changed our outlook on cybersecurity in 2024 (and beyond).

Be Connected is a weekly networking series from the LTC focused on facilitating open discussions about pertinent topics within Illinois’ technology and IT community. Hosted by the LTC’s Jared Lynn, Eric Muckensturm, and Duane Shaffer, each session will focus on a specific topic and provide space for participants to ask and answer questions in a relaxed, supportive environment.

Each week will feature a different core topic and a fresh opportunity to connect with your peers. So, be sure to check the LTC events calendar often so that you can join in the discussion and Be Connected.
