Can I complete this project on my own or should I outsource it? If you’re like most K-12 IT teams, you’ve asked yourself that question too many times to count. Chances are, you tend to lean toward completing projects in-house. But could you be saving time and money by outsourcing more often?

This week on Be Connected, we’re taking a look at the pros and cons of in-house tech projects and repairs compared to outsourcing projects. In particular, we’ll look at a couple example cases and assess whether time, money, or effort could be saved by either keeping that project in-house or outsourcing it.
