New Initiatives for Tech Leaders

This session will focus on helping new (and old!) technology leaders with ideas and resources to improve their district’s process for purchasing and implementing new technology, whether a piece of hardware or software/solution.  Attendees will discover things to avoid, things to focus on, and things to embrace as they work to successfully bring new technologies into their districts and ensure they get the return on investment they are looking for
