Harnessing Communication to Ease Technology Transitions

Change can be scary! This is especially true when we hand new technology to our staff, who are sometimes nervous about learning a new device or program. How can we ease our staff into new technology and help them realize everything they will gain from it? Communication is key!
This session will provide insight into change theory and how to best prepare staff for a successful transition. Specific planning resources and guidance on how, when, and what to communicate will be shared. Participants will leave with a plan for an upcoming technology rollout.
