Central Illinois Instructional Coaches Cohort

Connect with fellow instructional coaches, exchange ideas, and work through challenges together in this quarterly, in-person cohort for coaches in central Illinois. Facilitated by Traci Johnson, Instructional Coach at Rochester CUSD 3A, the cohort welcomes instructional coaches from the Springfield area and beyond.

Each meeting offers time to build connections and explore the work of instructional coaching. Conversations extend across the coaching role, from building relationships with teachers and planning coaching cycles to facilitating professional learning and supporting classroom instruction.

Participants help shape the agenda, so bring a question, a success, or a challenge you’d like to explore with colleagues. Whether you’re new to coaching or drawing on years of experience, your perspective belongs in the conversation.

Meetings run 1:00–3:00 p.m. at Rochester Junior High School. Register once to enroll in both sessions. PD hours are available.
