Call for Proposals

K–12 educators, administrators, technology leaders, and innovators exploring artificial intelligence in schools are invited to submit a session proposal for Hi, AI 2027.

We’re looking for sessions that spark conversation, share practical strategies, and highlight real-world experiences with AI in education.

Format and General Information

To ensure your session is both engaging and actionable, please follow the guidelines below when preparing your RFP submission.

Session Title
10 Word Maximum
Keep it concise, descriptive, and engaging.

Learning Objectives
To help ensure sessions are actionable for attendees, clearly define how your session will support educators in applying what they learn. In your proposal submission, please complete the sentence:
“By attending this session, attendees will be able to…”

Session Description
350 Word Maximum
Provide a clear overview of your topic, format, and key takeaways.

Session Formats

  • Presentation (50 minutes): Expanded presentation with time for Q&A
  • Demo / Hands-On Activity (50 minutes): Interactive session with live demonstration or guided activity
  • Panel Discussion (50 minutes): Multiple speakers offering diverse perspectives on a topic
