Have you ever wanted to create a website but didn’t know where to start? Google Sites (and this course) is for you!

Google Sites is the quick, easy, and free solution for sharing information and resources online. In this course, you’ll learn the basics before putting what you’ve learning into practice while building a real website for communicating with students, parents, and colleagues.

Throughout the course, you’ll be provided simple step-by-step guides and video tutorials that you can pause and rewind as many times as your learning needs and your busy schedule require. Before you know it, you’ll have a fully-fledged website that you can immediately put to use – not to mention the skills needed to keep that website running smoothly for many successful semester to come.

This course will help learners master the following skills:

  • Describe how Google Sites can be used to support educational activities.
  • Create a Google Site from an existing template.
  • Add content to a Google Site, including text, images, and other media.
  • Collaborate and share a Google Site with other stakeholders.
