Highland provides daily student transportation and fleet/depot electrification services to school districts nationwide, all at no upfront cost and with an uptime guarantee. Highland Fleets is the largest owner-operator of electric school buses nationwide, and provides the industry’s only EV Transition Guarantee by securing grants and incentives to convert to electric at diesel/gas parity–at no additional cost during the service term. Highland is committed to using electric school bus technology and charging software to support STEM education, workforce development, and environmental literacy.
Highland‘s daily student transportation and fleet/depot electrification services have been competitively bid through AEPA and locally awarded by the Illinois Technology Purchasing Program (ILTPP) to help districts procure Highland‘s services without issuing an additional RFP/bid – LTC/ILTPP has already run an Illinois K-12 compliant procurement on your behalf.
