At present, Barnes & Noble Booksellers, Inc. services over 600 communities in all 50 states and remains the #1 book retailer in the United States. We have a dedicated team of more than 80 local representatives nationwide
who provide personalized support to institutions, corporations, and nonprofits by offering exclusive access to resources and solutions tailored to their needs.
Discounts
A standard tiered discount is available for all eligible books and is dependent on the subtotal amount of the order.
- 20% discount on purchases ranging between $0 – $999
- 30% discount on purchases ranging between $1,000 – $4,999
- 35% discount on purchases ranging between $5,000+
Discounts and Bulk ordering options are also available in other departments in the store, including toys, games, gifts, DVDs, music, Nook, eBooks, backpacks, and more. Tiered discounting does not apply. Work with your local representative for discounting options. They can also provide access to exclusive products specifically for the education space that cannot be accessed from stores:
- Book Bundle Backpacks
- High Interest, Low Readability (HiLo) titles
- Phonics and Decodable Classroom Sets
- STEM/STEAM products
&CLASSWORK Purchasing Portal
Our secure purchasing portal, &CLASSWORK, provides authorized users with 24/7 access to nearly 2 million K-12 books and professional development resources. The portal offers real-time features such as:
- Dynamic search by title, reading level, or language
- Ability to create, save, and duplicate shopping lists
- Order approval, pricing, discounts, and inventory visibility
- Request for quotes and secure electronic payment options (purchase order, credit card, or P-card)
&CLASSWORK can also integrate with your institution’s procurement system through a PunchOut connection, streamlining the purchasing process and giving you direct access to our catalog.
