Membership in LTC Purchasing Program is free and open to all Illinois PK20 education entities, local and state agencies, libraries, and educational non-profits. A complete list of eligible entities is available on our About page.
To become an LTC Purchasing Program member, you must first register with the Learning Technology Center (LTC) website. Once registered, log in to your LTC account and complete the LTC Purchasing Program membership form. Once you submit your application, please allow 1-2 days for us to verify information.
