Membership in LTC Purchasing Program is free and open to all Illinois PK-20 education entities, local and state agencies, libraries, and educational non-profits (all eligible entities →).
To become an LTC Purchasing Program member, you must have a MyLTC account. Then, you can request to join the program by filling out the membership application.
