ROE 49: Rock Island 3430 Avenue of The Cities, Moline, Illinois, USA

Teachers and students are continually immersed in the digital world, and with that comes some potentially scary situations that they can be exposed to. In this session, we will look at how we, as teachers, can help educate our students to be safe digital citizens and, in turn, keep ourselves safe online as well. We will explore how to protect against common cybersecurity issues, navigate media literacy, and how to identify and avoid risky situations online. This workshop will help provide ideas and lessons for teachers implementing HB0234.
