The Learning Technology Center invites you to be a part of the LTC Gives Golf Outing, an annual event centered on lowering financial barriers to cutting edge educational technology.
Through low-cost services, resources, and professional development opportunities, the LTC seeks to support Illinois’ K-12 schools and educators as they harness edtech’s full potential in every classroom. At this unique, summertime event, we’ll further that mission by raising funds for mini grants that will support district-level technology initiatives.

Sponsorship Options
Networking Lunch Sponsor
$1,200 | Limit: 1
As the sponsor of our lunch, your organization will be designated as the lunch sponsor on all pre-outing communication and also signage at the event. You’ll also receive 3-5 minutes to speak to the participants during the lunch.
We will market this as a “networking lunch” and encourage all attendees to be there by 11:30 to socialize and meet with each other and your organization’s representatives.

General Sponsor
$250 | Limit: 7
As a general sponsor, your organization will be listed as golf outing sponsor on all pre-outing communications, as well as signage at the event.

Activity Sponsor
Limit: 1
Run/host an activity for attendees during the networking lunch and as tee times begin (approximately 11:45am-12:30pm). This may be an interactive coding game played on the practice green to showcase your company’s products or another fun activity!
All activity plans must be shared with and approved by event organizers before July 10, 2025.

Raffle Prize Sponsor

Donation Opportunities
Raffle Prizes
No Limit
To raise funds for our technology mini-grants, we will offer a raffle to participating golfers. Your organization can donate to the prize pool.
Prizes can range from different technologies, software licenses, company swag (Yeti cups, Stanley cups, coolers etc.), or a prize basket.
Contact our team at events@ltcillinois.org with your raffle prize ideas and donations. All donations must be received by July 14, 2026.
Attendee Swag
No Limit
Your organization may donate small items to be given away to golf outing attendees.
Suggested items include drawstring bags, sunscreen, koozies, golf tees, ball markers, sunglasses, or any other item that would be useful or memorable for a golfer.
