Hope Hardin-Borbely is the Purchasing Program Manager for the LTC Purchasing Program (formerly the Illinois Learning Technology Purchase Program, ILTPP), where she leads vendor relations, contract negotiations, and cooperative purchasing initiatives for school districts across Illinois.
Hope specializes in educational procurement, contract management, and strategic vendor partnerships. She serves on multiple Association of Educational Purchasing Agencies (AEPA) committees that develop and evaluate Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Invitations for Bids (IFBs), supporting cooperative purchasing programs nationwide.
She also serves as Chair of Exhibit Hall Services and Conference Sponsorships for LTC’s annual Illinois Education and Technology Conference (IETC), leading exhibitor and sponsor engagement to support the conference’s continued success.
