AA 4229: AI Vision & Strategy: A Leader’s Guide to School-Wide AI Implementation

Tue. May 5, 2026 | 9:00 am - 12:00 pm CDT

This Administrator Academy is for leaders ready to move beyond isolated AI tools and develop a cohesive, long-term vision for artificial intelligence in their school or district. Participants will engage in strategic planning, focusing on how to lead change, foster a culture of responsible innovation, and align AI initiatives with school improvement goals. Rather than focusing on personal productivity, this course equips leaders to answer the critical questions of why and how AI should be integrated, enabling them to build a shared vision, create an ethical framework, and lead their entire community through this technological transformation.
