New location, new events, and limitless new possibilities.

That’s what’s in store for IETC 2022 – and YOU can be in the front row for it all.

To make the most of our return to full in-person learning, IETC has expanded to feature more learning opportunities geared toward every role in the edtech community.

According to LTC Executive Director Tim McIlvain, this year’s expansion is another bold step toward creating Illinois’ most inspirational and relevant edtech gathering.

“IETC brings something new to the table each year,” he says. “This year, it’s a new home at the BOS Center. Not only is the venue a fresh location in downtown Springfield, that change was the catalyst for a series of enhancements that will help make IETC 2022 the best yet.”

He adds, “I think this year’s event will really resonate with attendees. We’ve added more sessions, keynotes, and networking opportunities than ever before, including a new Tech Leader Summit and Trivia Night. We even had to add on an extra day to fit it all in.”

New Location. New Possibilities.

This year, IETC is putting down roots at a new location – the Bank of Springfield Center. There, you’ll have more space to spread out and collaborate with peers during an assortment of panels, roundtable discussions, and hands-on workshops.

The BOS Center is also located conveniently in the heart of our state’s capital. That means many of Springfield’s best restaurants and cultural sites (including the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and the Old State Capitol building) are within easy walking distance.

Sessions & Workshops for Every Role

IETC 2022’s expanded schedule will feature more transformative learning opportunities spread across all three days. That includes 120+ breakout sessions geared toward everyone in our edtech community, including K-5 educators, IT staff, and technology coaches.

We’re also proud to welcome a pair of nationally-recognized keynotes to this year’s main stage. Both speakers bring with them fresh insights on how educators can maintain students’ attention and thoughtfully integrate digital learning tools, regardless of learning environment.
