MFA: Changing A Cyber Security Organizational Culture
12:30 pm - 12:55 pm
Room: Virtual
In this session a mid-size district will provide an overview of how they successfully rolled out MFA to their key data systems in a phased approach for all employees. This transition served as the foundational change that led to building organizational culture shifts around cybersecurity. We will discuss why we chose to move this direction and what systems we use with MFA. The presenters will share the priorities they made with their MFA rollout and the roadblocks they encountered, as well as how they moved past them. The presenters will finish with: what they would have done differently if they had to do it again, and where we are going with MFA in the future. Come to learn and gain valuable takeaways from this district’s experience and an opportunity to discuss/collaborate with other attendees as well.
