This session will address working with adults. It is important for coaches to understand how interactions with adults are different than working with children. Having an understanding of andragogy as well as the generational expectations of educators will help coaches develop materials and professional development that will reach all educators. Research by Malcolm Knowles, Jason Dorsey, and Mark McCrindle will be featured.
