Feedback…Just In Time!

November 4
9:50 AM - 10:40 AM
Digital Learning and Innovative Practices
Administrators, Instructional Coaches, Teachers

Feedback provided with a grade and several days after an activity is not as effective as feedback provided just in time. On top of that, teachers just do not have enough time to provide timely, actionable feedback. If we redesign our workflow and design student activities to allow for feedback, we can rearrange when and how we provide feedback to our students.

In this session, participants will learn how to rethink their workflow, incorporate design aspects that allow for quick feedback, identify a revision cycle for students to implement, and maximize the use of tech tools that faciliate comments so that we can be ready to provide feedback… just in time!
