Create Sticky Online Learning for Your Students

September 16
1:10 pm - 2:00 pm
Digital Communication
Library and Media Specialists, Teachers

Are you looking for ways to engage your students more deeply in your online learning activities? Though many have returned to in-person learning, some students still need and respond well to online learning activities. So how can you meet them where they’re at and engage them without actually being “where they’re at?”

In this session, we’ll take a look at some simple ways to engage students through the LEARNS framework. We’ll explore a number of different technology tools and teaching strategies that can support each part of this model. We’ll also discuss how to incorporate Micro-Learning Events in your learning activities, and design and use a home base for learning at a variety of grade levels and across many curriculum areas.
