About Kara Zelhart

Kara Zelhart (she/her) serves as the LTC’s Event Coordinator, where she shapes and supports our large conferences and other professional learning events through leadership and communication.

Prior to joining the Learning Technology Center, Kara worked in Early Childhood Education as a teacher, coordinator, and Assistant Director. She is a proud Illinois State University graduate where she received a BS in Human Development and Family Resources.

In her free time, Kara enjoys crafting and spending time at home with her husband, her daughter, and her dog, Myra.
