Brainology: The Impact of Technology on Student Brains & Mental Health

Thu. December 7, 2023 | 8:30 am - 10:30 am CST

Students today are facing unique challenges to their mental health. Between the challenges of digital learning, living through a historic pandemic, and just being a young person, these stressors will shape and impact these students’ futures, both in and out of school.

How can educators manage some of those stressors, and what role does technology play in those solutions?

Join us as we explore technology’s impact on today’s students and their developing brains. Along the way, we’ll dig into other contributing factors to the current student mental health crisis and what we, as educators, can do to make positive changes at school that impact our student’s overall well-being.

By the end, you’ll walk away with resources geared toward helping us all navigate the digital world with less stress, more productivity, and greater wellness in mind.
